Qobuz album unavailability and sign-out issues (ref#ETCN73)

I use Qobuz as my streaming service. I am getting a lot of album unavailable messages or messages saying too many failures. I sometimes can get a track to play by opening the album and clicking play on individual tracks. But this is getting really buggy. Today Roon signed me out of Qobuz service and I am contacting them as well because I lost my signin credentials for them.

Bricasti DAC conected to high speed Fios Router with ethernet cables. I pad as remote, macbook for core.

I was signed out of Qobuz this morning when I started Roon. I just disabled in Roon and signed in again. That happens very rarely for me. I use a passwork program to remember all my user names and passwords. I also have them in an Excel spreadsheet.

Once you regain access to your Qobuz account we will be happy to help you figure out this album issue.

I tried multiple ways of contacting Qobuz over 2 days and absolutely no response by phone, chatbox, email. Cannot log in to their account because e mail address changed last year and no way to reset password without it.
I canceled my account through credit card company and am now using tidal. Sickening to me that a company can take your money and provide no viable support.
