Same here . Albums being added but they don’t appear in my favourites in the Qobuz app. Happened about an hour ago.
Same for me. I rebooted the server and when it restarted, it is still going nuts adding random Qobuz albums. I disabled Qobuz and will wait until the issue is resolved to re-enable it.
I agree Qobuz has gone wild!!! After another restart albums are starting to come back up and the albums I had lost are coming back in. Also, the ones that were there before but I never had added to my library thankfully, have disappeared. Pretty wild and crazy!!!
Same thing here, Qobuz albums disappearing 50 at a time.
Were these albums added to your library in the past, and then deleted? If so, this is similar to an issue I had where I’d delete Qobuz releases in Roon, they’d disapear from Qobuz, and reappear in Roon up to 24 hours after deletion.
The only way I could resolve this was using a 1-month Soundiiz subscription.
It looks like the thread I opened has been deleted or moved, ans I can’t locate it. Ultimately, since no solution was presented, I started from scratch and created a new database. No issues since then … until Listen Later was introduced.
Same for me.
My Qobuz favourite albums within Roon are fine, but when I go the Roon favourite albums there are a completely different set of favourites.
I’ve got over 1000 albums added to my Roon library under Albums that I’ve never heard of. Mostly classical.
Rebooting and signing out/logging back in, resyncing etc etc with Qobuz and Roon does nothing. These albums all seem to be stuck in my library.
If Qobuz is to blame for this and it can’t be undone I’ll never forgive them.
Not for me, the albums added are all classical and that’s not a genre I listen to.
Weird. I’m mainly a classical listener and I’ve had Amy Winehouse and The XX added (amongst others)…
It looks like there are other reports today:
I’m currently trying TIDAL, so let my Qobuz subscription lapse, so can’t confirm.
Same here. Qobuz app seems fine but Roon/Qobuz is not working as intended.
Checked my login, rebooted, signed out and back in.
Still within the favourite albums on Roon there’s a dozens of classical albums I’ve never listened to or added appearing in my library.
One more clue here: it appears that many or all of the tracks/albums added to my library are present in Qobuz playlists as well, which I can see in Roon. These playlists are not visible in the Qobuz app. I don’t really use playlists, so I can easily recognize that these playlists are not ones I have created.
Same for me. I now have 66 new albums, including what appears to be the complete works of Casiopea
.
I rebooted the server and it seemed to do a server update requiring a database rebuild. The albums were still there afterwards.
I’ve changed my Qobuz password Just In Case but it doesn’t look like someone has been in there.
Now, time to explore all the new stuff I’ve got (swiftly deleting DSOTM Redux…)
Back to normal here. All the unwanted additions have disappeared.
Great, almost all albums are back again ![]()
I woke up to this today. There are dozens if not hundreds of qobuz albums of random ■■■■ added to my library. I did the same thing as @IanM - I installed the update and it just rebuilt it and added all the albums. I have not checked to see exactly how many but it looks like a lot. I don’t see a pattern but it seems like it added individual tracks and not albums.
This is definitely a problem with the roon → qobuz connection.
As of this morning, am experiencing most of what has been described above as well. In my case, 10k+ Qobuz releases have populated my library. I recognize a few as albums I once had saved, but long deleted. In many cases I’m seeing albums and artists that I am completely unfamiliar with.
So far… I’ve signed out of Qobuz service within Roon and signed back in, no change. Rebooted the Roon server, no change. When I check Qobuz app on my iPhone, all is normal. Only the 200+ saved releases that are supposed to be there. I’m mildly heartened by the report of things returning to normal on their own for one user, but that has not yet happened for me.
