QOBUZ does not play Qobuz

I have already stressed that he needs to use the email address.

I have change the password and open with my emai in the MAC app and it works
Doing the same in roon same result as before

what I do is disable Qobuz in roon
Clean cache library
close Roon
Reinitialize Mac
Open roon
try to activate qobuz

no results
I go to sleep…
Tomorrow I will reinstall ROON in the mac and see…

I’m sorry none of this has helped so far, I’m pretty much out of ideas now unfortunately.
Hopefully @support can assist further.

thanks anyway for your help. I have de installed roon, and will restart from the beginning.

for information of all.
The problem was due to my Qobuz account. I was in the trial period and although able to listen on web My payment was incorrectly registered. Now solved that error in payment it runs correctly in Roon
Sorry and thanks again for help.
Now everything Ok
