Super frustrating. I also posted on the Qobuz Club forum. Qobuz should do an email blast to users. I have been making custom playlists for years and use 'em.

Hi,

The same problem-( Starded ± 3 weeks ago.

Qobuz is the only hi-res service I’m listening in roon. Now it has no sens in roon subscription at all. Any idea about solution?

With the new issue, Qobuz albums still play normally. Only playlists aren’t available. And the issue started 3 days ago.

If you have an issue that started 3 weeks ago and prevents you from using Qobuz completely, then you experience some different problem and you should open a ticket by clicking here → Support and then Get Help

I have the issue on all my Apple devices.

Hi,

Streaming from Qobuz is working properly. I see no playlists and favorite tracks.

Then it may be the new issue, but I’m surprised if it started weeks ago for you. In any case, why don’t you let Support investigate?

This issue came from Qobuz making some changes and the result is not having custom made playlists (in Qobuz) no longer working when Roon. They do work when using the Qobuz app or in a browser. It’s been a week and there’s been no communication from Qobuz and that’s most upsetting. The streamer I use, a Grimm, is Roon only so there is no using the Qubuz app.

I have the same issue. In Roon I am no longer seeing any favorite tracks (albums and artists work). In Qobuz all works fine, so I was assuming the issue is with Roon. The error message I see (see screenshot) is the same some other users are seeing. Roon and Qobuz need to work this out.

I’m having a similar issue: playlists aren’t showing up in the Qobuz tab. It seems Qobuz/Tidal are so focused on their native apps that they’re neglecting their partner APIs and ensuring they work properly without errors.

This is the same known issue. A fix is available in Roon’s Early Access program, or wait a little bit until the fix is deployed in production.

My ROON Qobuz issue is that when I add in the Qobuz app an album as a favorite, I play it in ROON, then I try to delete the album in ROON or in Qobuz app to delete as a favorite, the album continues to show as both a Quboz favorite and as an album in ROON.

I just tried this with the latest Early Access build and it doesn’t happen for me. (The only thing is that after removing the album from the Roon library it took two minutes for the favorite heart to disappear in the Qobuz app, but I think that’s normal)

same here in Germany, I am wondering why it takes so long to fix this ?
