Description of Issue
Hi @KnockKnock,
This error message indicates that content you’ve attempted to load in the UI from Qobuz, like an Album page, has failed to load due to a timeout, forbidden access, or another generic network failure.
The most likely culprit is a VPN or other network security selectively filtering content from Qobuz’s servers. Qobuz’s servers may be rejecting certain requests for non-audio content under the same conditions. I recommend disabling any consumer VPNs that you might have active or trying a different DNS assignment in your router.
Additionally, please note that Favorited Albums within Qobuz are not syncing properly with Roon. We’re assisting Qobuz in a joint investigation and the issue should be shortly resolved.
Sounds like a good explanation Connor. Thanks.
