Qobuz export/import and everything vanishes

Intel NUC i7 8GB Ram + external SSD for my own library

For some reasons, I had to change my qobuz membership to another account. So what I did was to create a new account and use soundiiz to move all the artists , playlists and albums (transfer from old qobuz account to soundiiz, and then from soundiiz to the new qobuz account). The transfer operation has been successfully completed. However when I go to Roon (of course I have entered my new Qobuz membership credentials first), I noticed that all albums under Roon “tags” and qobuz songs under (Roon) my playlists has disappeared. What did I do wrong here ?

Before posting a new question, I also looked up for similar posts, but there was no clear explanation as such.

I am using Intel NUC with Ethernet cable and the playback is being performed by Linn Klimax DSM Organik (old chassis upgraded to Organik) with Ethernet cable connected to the router.

Please note, that when I go to Qobuz section, under my Qobuz all transfers seem to have completed without any issues. The issue is under Roon section anything related with the old Qobuz account has disappeared. Maybe that was normal, since I only transferred from qobuz to qobuz, but how can I possibly restore everything related with the old Qobuz account that I have stored under Roon’s albums, tags and playlists (songs) is the actual question I guess.

Thanks in advance,

Yilmaz

Hello @YILMAZ_GORALI ,

Apologies for the delayed response here, it looks like we missed your message. Are you still seeing this issue at the present time, even on the latest Roon release? If so, please let us know, thanks!

Hi,

I still do experience the same issue, yes.

Well, it turns out with the latest version update, the sync started to take effect on both sides which means : problem solved! :innocent:
