Can you please let me know some more info here?

  • What is your Core machine and what operating system are you using?
  • Does this issue occur for multiple albums or just one?
  • Does just playback not work or are you unable to view the album also?
  • Can you share a few screenshots of this issue? You can upload screenshots here by using these instructions
