Qobuz Hi-Res Tracks Not Playing in Roon (ref#5JQ3YC)

· Certain tracks from Qobuz won’t play thru Roon, often these are hi-res (192). However they will play if I use the native (Naim) playback/interface app

The Qobuz API was facing some infrastructural problems that Qobuz has since resolved.

Certain Qobuz tracks (including a large portion of their hi-res catalog) were failing to play via the API; this meant playback would suspend at 0:00 or fail entirely within Roon. The Qobuz team fixed this just before you first posted here, so we want to check to see if you’re still encountering any playback issues at this time.

If so, please share the name of the track and our team can pinpoint the issue in logs. Thank you!

Hi there, thanks so much for your message and for throwing light on the exact issue I was encountering. Over the last few days I haven’t hit a problem but also haven’t spend so much time with Roon. I will jump back into the hi-res world and report back if I hit any further issues.

Since Qobuz has fully resolved that API infrastructure issue on their end, you should be able to dive back into your high-resolution catalog without any further hiccups.
