We can see 253 albums and 3,111 tracks from Qobuz on your server, so the two are talking. The question is what is not arriving.

How many albums does your Qobuz library show on Qobuz’s own side? The gap between that number and 253 is what we need.

We are also not able to pull logs from your server automatically, so we will need them by hand. Please shut Roon Server down first, then copy and zip the whole Logs folder rather than individual files, since the useful entries are often in an earlier log:
