Description Of Issue
Each time I start Roon Core I get the message “You are not currently signed into Qobuz” and another box below saying “Qobuz login failed Retry Edit”. Looks like Roon is not storing my Qobuz password. Once I reenter it, it looks to work fine.
Hello Noris,
Thanks for coming back to me.
My Mac mini Core is connected via Ethernet.
When I click Retry Button it will sign me into Qobuz without re-enter credential. So credentials are well stored into Roon. The only issue now is that I have to click “retry” each time I start Roon. This is not a big issue but better to get it fixed. My experience is very limited with Roon but as far as I remember I did not have this issue before the last release.
Is there anything I could change/do to get it fixed ?
Thanks and Regards
Thanks for confirming that you are able to login without having to re-enter your credentials!
Yes, this is an issue that we’re aware of and working on, the change of having to re-login without the credentials page was the modification we made in our last release, but we are still investigating what other further improvements can be done here. Once those are made, we’ll make an announcement, thanks for your patience!
