Description of Issue
Qobuz has stopped working - can’t login. Getting the following message:
There was an Unexpected error, please check your account details (Unexpected error)"
Checked my account details, logged in online with no problems. Never had a problem before but there was an update yesterday - could that be the issue?
Try logging in using the email associated with your Qobuz account.
Tried User Name & eMail address - neither works - I get the same message. This has only happened since yesterday
This morning I found my account signed out, too. But I could easily sign in via Roon, using my account email and password. I am running Roon’s latest build, so I don’t think there’s a general problem.
I’ve just reinstalled Roon - still have the same issue. No problem logging into my Qobuz account online.
Just tried clicking the Free Trial button - took me straight to my online subscription!
Just narrowed the problem down to the Antipodes K41. I switched Core to my MacBook Pro and Qobuz logged in normally. Have contacted Antipodes for support.
