Qobuz Playback Issues - On Nucleus

Still unable to play Qobuz files. Tidal and internal storage play fine. Roon installed on Nucleus +

Still unable to play Qobuz files. Using Nucleus +. Tidal & internal storage play fine. Qobuz down for past week.

Hi @scmini ,

Is there any change in behavior if you log out and back into Qobuz via Roon Settings → Services? Are you able to use the Qobuz Web Player (play.qobuz.com) with the same account and tracks play more than 30 seconds?

Hi Noris, Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately there is no change when logging in and out of Qobuz via the Roon settings. The Web Player and the Qobuz iOS/iPadOS apps play fine.

Hi @scmini ,

Thanks for checking that aspect. I have gone ahead and enabled diagnostics mode for your account and what this action does is upload a set of logs to our servers for analysis. Looking over the log, it looks like your Nucleus is failing to stream because the network timed out:

Warn: [streamingmediafile] [7] [https://streaming-qobuz-std.akamaized.net/file] [cachedbytes=0/-1] caching failed: System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out.
Error: [seekableurimediafile] while determining length: System.IO.IOException: streaming media failed due to network

Can you please provide some more details regarding your network setup? How do you have the Nucleus connected, direct to the router? What DNS servers are you using, can you try to use Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS?

Resolved this issue by rebooting the cable modem. No other troubleshooting worked. Thank you
