Qobuz playlists blank. (playlists I made)

Under My Qobuz, suddenly when using Roon none of my playlists show up. Out of the 260 plus playlists only 30 show up. (All favorite albums show up and play) When opening a play list, the list is blank. Roon restored from a backup of a few days ago when working. Qobuz library synced.

In the native Qobuz app all works normally.

All software is the latest. Everything rebooted. Signed in/out many times. I would pull out my hair if I had any.

Ah thanks Suedkiez (Just a fellow user like me). I had looked at downdector but didn’t find anything. Nice to know I’m not alone. Wish Qobuz had sent out an email bast..Was up way to late trying to sort.

Hello same at my playlists.I had this 2 years ago and the reason was that my Linnux OS was to old.I had to send my Lampizator Streamer to Poland and they installed Linnux 5.17.1 and until yesterday it was no problem.Do you have also Linnux ? Best regards Martin

The new issue for which I linked the announcement is between Qobuz and Roon and has nothing to do with the users‘ Roon servers. It’s explained in the linked post. (I have ROCK and it also affects me like everyone).

Two days and counting now. Still no word from Qobuz. Super frustrating. I also posted on the Qobuz Club forum. Qobuz should do an email blast to users. I have been making custom playlists for years and use 'em.

Same problem here since a couple of days. In Roon no Quobuz playlists available. Als no favourite albums/tracks. A red message shows, mentioning a bad internet connection.

Really annoying because I started already some time consuming research on my home network since the problem with the Qobuz playlists coincidentally occurred after I made some changes on my firewall. It’s now more than 3 days I guess and nobody could resolve this issue. Would be great to get at least an interim report from ROON staff.

This is a Qobuz problem. I base my not very scientific option on that when using the Qobuz app all is well. Using Roon (shell overlay software) to work Qobuz is a mess and We have been told " Cause:
This issue is an unexpected consequence of changes made to the Qobuz API."

I emailed Qobuz two days ago. So far no answer. Frustrating and then some.

Roon It’s very underdeveloped, so I’m thinking of testing Audiorvana. Its interface is more user-friendly, and it supposedly offers full access to data from streaming servers. I think I’ll give up because I’m tired of problems with Roon.

Respectfully disagree; Roon is terrific. However, don’t know anything about Audiorvana (great name). This issue is about Qobuz making some changes and not having custom made playlists (in Qobuz) no longer working when Roon. They do work when using the Qobuz app or in a browser.

In short, no there was no update announced yet in production.
