First, please try signing out of your Qobuz account and back in from the Roon Settings → Services page. Force a sync from that page once you’ve signed back in.
From there, restart RoonServer and let us know if you’re still not seeing any Qobuz content populate.
When you migrated between RoonServers, did you restore from a Backup to the new machine from your previous machine per this guide? Or did you create a new RoonServer from scratch?
Hi Roon team, I had already tried all of those tricks, following your database suggestions. But today, I did the whole sequence again. Simply no Qobuz playlists showing up. As I reported, they are all still in Qobuz when I open the app.
As for the migration, unfortunately I lost my backup as I had formatted the drive for MacOS and the backups had not been working. So I started fresh - which is usually fine except now Qobuz playlists are missing.
@benjamin Thanks for getting back to me. You cannot clear the cache on a Grimm MU2 as there is not access. However, I just recreated my playlists in Qobuz. I do not think they were ever going to sync as I created them in Roon so there was only a mirror of them in Qobuz. I am simply going to be better about backups and never start a Roon server from scratch again.
