Qobuz playlists visible but empty in Roon since today

Roon Core: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS latest build
Roon version: 2.55 build 1559
Qobuz service: connected and streaming works (albums, “Taste of Qobuz”, individual tracks all play fine).

Problem:
• My playlists are listed under My Qobuz → Playlists, but when I open any of them, the track list is empty.
• At the same time, these playlists open and play normally in the native Qobuz app and web player.
• When opening the main Qobuz page inside Roon (Browse → Qobuz), I always get the message “Error loading page”.
Already tried:
• Logging out and back into Qobuz
• Sync library now
• Clearing RoonServer cache
• Restarting Roon Core
• Disabling all filters (“Only show in my library”)
• Reinstalling Roon Remote on iOS

Could you please confirm if this issue is related to a current Qobuz API outage or a recent change on Qobuz side that affects playlist content in Roon?
If not, please advise on further diagnostics.

Same issue here!
As a further addition, under Playlists they are all empty. Under Qobuz menu, the title shows they contain X tracks but none is listed…

Same problem. When solved?

I use roon 99% for playing Qobuz music. Cannot use service already for 24 hours. I will switch to native Qobuz but I do not need roon and roon subscription in this case

@AceRimmer, is the issue on Roon’s side or Qobuz? According to Qobuz, they’re unaware of any issues on their end…

From what I know Qobuz ARE well aware of the issue but it’s unclear to myself where/what the exact problem stems from.
Roon are actively seeking a resolution though .

Whether some random first level guy at Qobuz is aware, means nothing of course

Is anyone doing anything about this? This is ridiculous.

Updates will only be provided in this thread.

That is a closed thread. Can it be updated? (No updates BTW).

Roon will reopen the pinned thread, and post updates there.

Asking, “Are we there yet?”, won’t speed up the work of the devlopment teams (Roon and Qobuz), but would be a distraction for the support team.

Roon already posted that the fix will be in the next software update soon

Same issue here!!

Please read the highlighted posts in this thread, or the pinned post under Support.

This is a known issue for Qobuz users, and both Roon and Qobuz are working on a fix.
