Qobuz refusing to login [Qobuz outage - service being restored]

Description of Issue

Roon is currently refusing to login to Qobuz,
The Qobuz web site is working fine using the same email and password.
I have restarted the Roon Server, but that has made no difference.

Server setup is all up to date as below

Anyone else seeing issues with Qobuz as when browsing their website I just got the following

It’s kind of working for me - but appears to be a bit spotty. I had one ‘login failed - retry’ message come up but ‘retry’ worked fine and music is now streaming.

Thanks Wade, I can see the web site is a mess for me in the UK.
Can’t browse the library search the sales or anything useful on their web site.

It was the failed login message that alerted me too it.
I will try again in a couple of hours as now Roon has logged me out.
I mostly use it to try new music which is a Friday and Saturday task so normally I might not have noticed for a while.

I was repeatedly getting the login error starting around 10am PST.
Retrying didn’t help.
Tried logging out and in again.
Now I see “unexpected error”.

Got reports from uptime.com shortly after seeing Quiz failures … but everything good again … phew!

I did manage to play a couple of vinyl while it was out :grinning:

It may be on catch-up in your region.
I just logged back into Qobuz on Roon and it worked fine for the first time

Thank you for the reports. We are in communication with Qobuz regarding this issue and it appears that the outage is happening on their end. The Qobuz team is actively working on restoring service, and it appears that at least partial functionality has already been restored.
