Qobuz repeated alert for upgrade of account not working

Hello dear helpers,

Could you please assist me for the following trouble which just appeared some days ago?

I get an everlasting red message “upgrade your Qobuz account” on every device I’m trying to work with
I go to “settings” and get the window “Qobuz” with my email address which is correct.

Then there is only a “Retry” button which remains without effect, that sometimes lead to an “attempt to sign in” temporary reading but the connection fails.

No other choice but to “log out” to avoid the red alert window on the screen !
My Qobuz account is quite alright when used with SONOS.

Ben with the support team following up here. Are you using a free Qobuz account? If so, it will no longer properly function in Roon.

Can you confirm your subscription, if not free, is up to date, and you are using the proper email address when syncing it to your Roon account?
