Qobuz service skips songs consistently during playback (ref#TMOEEP)

· Last week I got a fixed IP for ARC and was able to plug my TP Link mesh wifi directly to the ISP.

Does it play exactly 30 seconds of each song?

If so it is most likely that Roon does not see your Qobuz account inside of Roon as being a valid subscription.

Please check it is correctly logged in with correct account email and pass word.

Thanks, but it is not the case. I often get the “Qobuz media loading slowly. This may indicate a networking or connectivity problem” and I suspect the issue is more related to Qobuz than my network…

Thank you for your post and we’re sorry to hear you’re having problems with playback.

You mentioned ARC in your original post. Does this occur in both ARC and in Roon itself? If it’s only within ARC, does this only happen when you’re on cellular data outside the home?

Please try reassigning the DNS service in your router to a known, reliable server like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1). This will help reduce the frequency of URL resolution errors that can slow down Qobuz browsing and playback downloads.

Is your main Roon Server hardwired to a mesh node or to the main router?
