Qobuz showing incorrect Format

Any reason why all my Qobuz tracks show the format of 16/44 but I know are HiRes and play higher.

Hard to decide which of the 3 versions to play if all listed the same …

Any suggestions?

Sometimes file tags are incorrect. They are rare cases, but they do exist.

For every song on Qobuz?

Have you rebooted everything in case something has got stuck?

All, this appears to be an issue with the metadata we have from Qobuz. I’ve verified that we have 44/16 for 72 Seasons, but that Signal Path screenshot does indeed tell a different story.

We’re in discussions with Qobuz about this.

Just a data point, but that is not the scenario here.
I get the correct rez content from each version of the new Metallica.
But on the other hand, my recent addition of Natalie Merchant is still messed up, with unknown track times for all but two tracks, and also the disappeared scrobbler for the ones with missing track times…

Are you in Canada by chance? There are other posts about the new Qobuz service in Canada where all albums are listed as 44/16 even if they are actually higher rez.

From that thread;

Hey @Mikael_Ollars, I experienced this with a different album in the latest batch of Qobuz releases. Please try removing the album from your library in Roon, then re-add it in the Qobuz app. That should straighten it out.

I did exactly that a bit after my post. And, like you said, that straightened everything out!
Thanks @jamie!
