Describe the issue

My playlists for Qobuz shows "Not Available" for the individual tracks. This is not the case on my tracks listed from my hard drive playlists. I recently switched from a NAD BluOS product to a Cambridge Audio streamer so it must be a software related problem. Also when I go directly into Qobuz this is not an issue. Thanks

Your issue might be related to a known problem with Qobuz and Roon that has been discussed a few times. A record label will sometimes replace an album with a new version (e.g. remastered or hi-res). On Qobuz the album isn’t replaced directly – the old version is deleted and the new version added like a completely new album. Roon may still have a link to the old album which no longer exists, and it labels all tracks as unavailable. Try removing an unavailable track from your playlist and adding it back, and see if it fixes the problem (for that track). Unfortunately there is currently no way to automatically detect a replaced album and update old references.

Hi @alanferris45 ,

Do you by any chance see an Improve button for the affected playlists?
