Unable to use Qobuz ... getting the 'Upgrade your Qobuz Account' message

I have a Qobuz Annual Subscription... made sure that the account is fine using the web player with no issue. Qobuz currently shows that I'm subscribed. Not sure what else to try.

actually figured it out… it’s linked to the original email account i used when I signed up for qobuz even though I don’t use it anymore?
