· Qobuz is really really slow, unresponsible and sometimes crashes Roon and cycles in and out of Roon. It never used to do that. Internet radio is ok though…
· Nope just full fibre now, crazy fast
You may need to describe what your running Roon on, its specs, memory availabile and track count in your library.

At least 5 second or longer delays from picking musiccon Qobuz until something happens and sometimes notjing at all, as if the start command is ignored…

We’ll need some more information to pinpoint the events you’re describing in diagnostic logging.
At your convenience, please provide one of the following:
a timestamp of the last time you encountered a dropout or unexpected activity with Qobuz content. Share a screenshot if you’re encountering any discprencies during browsing within Roon.
the name of a track that failed to play properly within Roon.
From there, we’ll identify what the server logged as the actual cause of the symptom and proceed with next steps and any suggestions.

Guys, this is ridiculous. Basically, everything I do in Qobuz via Roon has become slow or crashes, even getting artist or album info. I can be waiting be waiting 5-10 seconds before anything happens or crashes. No issues with radio stations etc..Not very 2026, especially not with full fibre broadband. It didn’t used to struggle..Your customers are not your product testers!

It’s very likely your issues are stemming from a known service outage from Cloudflare, which is upstream of Roon. We’ve been working on patching this spotty service over the last week.
If you safely stop Roon Server and reboot both your server and remote devices, how do things perform today?

The underlying service outage with Cloudflare has since been resolved. There shouldn’t be any infrastructural disruptions preventing the Qobuz API from working properly with Roon at this time. Please reach out to let us know if you’re still having issues and we’ll investigate promptly.
