R128 values wrong after restore of backup

@support: A few days ago I had to restore my databse from a backup. And today I mentioned volume jumps, even with volume leveling enabled.
I checked one of the songs with a big volume difference and started a reanlaysis and the R128 values did change.
After checking other albums reanalysis changed the values on every album.
Is this a known issue with the backup system?
