Radio Stations Missing?

Same issue here. Cannot play any station. They all say the same thing “Station no longer exists”. Running Roon 1.7 (build 610) from a MacBook Pro (10.15.7) via WiFi.

Same here. All stations, all gone! iPad and android devices, same problem.

Spoke to soon, they are reappearing. Ghost in the machine.

It looks like you have a VPN turned on according to that screenshot, is the behavior the same with the VPN turned off?

Hi @anon20693046,

How do you have your DNS servers on the router set up? Are you using Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS? If the issues are intermittant a DNS change may help.

Sorry to hear the DNS didn’t help too much. If you do see this behavior occur again and would like to look into this further I have a few questions from the team:

  1. Does this issue occur on both Core and Remote or just on a Roon Remote?
  2. How is the Core/Remote connected to the network, on WiFi or Ethernet?
  3. Are there any set of steps that can use to reliably reproduce this behavior?
