Same issue and it just started for me maybe 4 days ago. My core is a Nucleus.
Could we get an update on this.? The problem does not seem to be getting better. If anything it is getting worse.
It will get better when there is a Roon update that fixes it. It won’t get better in the meantime as long as nothing changes in Roon

Listening history showing as 0m on homepage. This is an intermittent issue and restarting Roon server every time fixes it for few days only.

@glc650, are you able to provide an example of an album with which you experienced this listening duration mismatch in the last few weeks?
Your issue is likely unrelated to the bug addressed in this thread given the timeline of emergence, and we’ll investigate diagnostics.
It appears to be heavily delayed as if my Roon Core is using the wrong time zone even though I have this set correctly to PST/Los Angeles on the host (Ubuntu server 22.04.2 LTS). I did quite a bit (several hrs) of listening on Saturday (7/1) and most of that didn’t appear until days later and under Sunday (even though it was listened to on Saturday and not Sunday).

Description of Issue
My “recent listening” information has disappeared twice; first wipeout was a few weeks ago; then again today; appears as if I have listened to nothing.
Not sure why I’m losing this information
It’s a bug in Roon (it happens most often in Roon OS devices and has to do with time zones) and will be fixed as soon as possible as you can see two posts up. The information is not actually lost, it is just not correctly displayed, so all will be back to normal when the display is fixed
Latest update hasn’t made this any better. I’ve been listening to music for 3.5 hours straight and while the counter for the week reflects this the genres, artists, albums sections are all blank.
Hi @connor my stats have gone to 0 today for the first time since the latest Early Access update.
Posting here as I guess that Early Access has the same fix as live currently and @glc650 has the same issue.
From my side it is significantly better than before the fix but not yet perfect. As always a restart of Roon fixed it
This issue is back for me as well.
Hi @connor I was having a late night listening session last night when at around 01:10 the listening stats all rolled around to 0.
I finished the album and went to bed and when I got up this morning it was all back to normal and working correctly.
I have not had an issue since the last post 16 day’s ago, but wondering if something runs at Midnight (UTC) as that would have been around the time.
