i use the soft router( openwrt in N5105)

  3. Does your network have any VPNs, proxy servers, or enterprise-grade security?

i proxy the tidal.com and qobuz.com

What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

I used port forwarding, 55000. I was able to use Roon Arc normally until June. But it broke down after entering June, I request your assistance.

The issue in this thread is about Roon ARC, and it’s most likely related to @tianyu_Li probably being located in China.

Neither of this seems to apply to your own ongoing topic.

Hi @tianyu_Li,

Upstream server requests essential to ARC’s functioning are failing to reach servers due to geographic restrictions in your region. This is unfortunately outside of Roon’s control. If you’ve been using a VPN, try posting in Tinkering to see what other users have suggested.
