Backups can only be restored within the same Roon account

Hi @andyhe2000,

Unfortunately, you can’t restore a Backup from another Roon user’s account, like @Suedkiez says above.

If the other user still has access to their own server, they can export the playlists as .csv or .m3u files.

What artist data do you need, specifically?

Just circling back on this. Since you can’t restore a Backup from another user’s account, were you able to have the other person export the playlists from their own server as .csv or .m3u files? Also, what artist data are you specifically looking for? Reply with those details and we can take it from there.
