Redirecting, please wait on login

New install of Roon. When I click on login and am brought to my browser, I get redirecting please wait. After waiting for a while it says click here to continue, which does nothing. I’ve tried over and over, ad blocker disabled, also tried a different browser as well.

I moved this from Uncategorized to Support.

If you need Roon support in the future, please go directly to the Support category of the forum and then click the big Get Help button.

I’m having trouble understanding step 5. Do I use the brackets?

Hey @Helge_Mejlholm,

Sorry for the confusion - here’s the KB article Vadim shared:

What are you using as a Roon Server? Does this happen no matter the Roon remote device you attempt to use?

Thank you!

I just installed it 3 days ago on my laptop, running Zorin 18. It’s based on Ubuntu, I use a program called Wine to run it.

Hello @Helge_Mejlholm ,

WINE is not officially supported as a Roon interface, so there could be a compatibility issue. Are you able to login with another device, such as a Windows/Mac/Phone running Roon?

Installed on windows pc, now controlling with my phone.
Thanks, everyone for helping out.
