Description of Issue

My remote on my Mac will not play, it looks like it is but will not. My iPad works fine. Also the no of CD’s is not the same

@Steve_Child, what device are you attempting to play music through? I note that the iPad has the Bryston selected, whereas the computer has the Nucleus selected.

Regarding the album count, please confirm if you have local media in addition to Qobuz and TIDAL. Furthermore, can you check Settings > General on both devices and confirm that both are using the same core?

I disabled the Nucleus and enabled the Bryston and it plays fine now. The CD count is is still off but it is within a 100 or so. I checked that both remotes were logged in to Nucleus PC and they are. I am not too concerned about the CD count as long as the remote works.
