· Hello everyone,

I have a QNAP NAS that is no longer compatible with the current Roon version. Therefore, as recommended, I reinstalled Roon using Docker.

Roon works perfectly except for the first window where I'm supposed to restore my backup. I can find the path where the backup is located. After the backup is restored, I'm prompted to restart the Roon server. However, after the restart, the same window reappears, asking me to restore the backup.

Attached is a copy of the log file. I would be grateful for any help.

Hello @Marco_Schmidt ,

You indicated that Roon works perfectly except for the backup issue, does this mean that you are able to move past it, temporarily? Or that Roon is not starting at all due to this window? The log file you shared, unfortunately, doesn’t provide much in terms of clues. Are you able to select the server manually after restoring the backup?
