Description of Issue

I’ve just set up on a new Mac mini but it repeatedly ask me to log in. Can’t go to the normal Roon page.

Connected Audio Devices

Just my TV for the time being.

Home Network Details

Both ethernet & WiFi. Mainly ethernet.

Ben with support here, thanks for taking the time to write in and for your patience!

I was able to pull your account up, and see that your core has been online and active recently, are you still running into multiple login issues?

If possible, can you test this issue out on another Roon Remote device? With that, if you could please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader that would be helpful.
