Replacing SSD in Nucleus

Hi,

This is a pre-purchase question. When the SSD (with the OS) fails, can it be replaced by the end-user?

Yes, you can replace the SSD on the Nucleus by using these instructions. I would also make sure that you follow the formatting and copying music instructions located on this page.

I believe he is talking about the 128gb OS drive in case of failure.

You can’t just throw another drive in there, because that wouldn’t have the operating system

But if for some reason the drive dies under warranty, we’ll swap the bad drive for a working imaged drive, and you’ll be all set.
