Dear Admins, dear @noris @mike ! I would like to be a Translation Admin for the Hungarian language. As I see there is no one to check and approve the translation work (I've done 14% of Roon and 100% of Roon ARC translation to Hungarian). So here I am to help! There is a lot of bad translations and misspelling errors left in the Hungarian phrases. The corrections have been done, but no approve for months, years...
@Gyorgy_Hild , Thank you so much for your offer of assistance and all of the work you have put in to date!
I’ve moved your post over to the Translations category and either @noris or @mike will be able to help you further.

Dear Admins, dear @noris @mike. I would like to be a Translation Admin for Hungarian language. There’s no other people maintaining this language since years ago. And lots of the wrong phrases couldn’t be fixed. Thanks a lot!
Hi @Gyorgy_Hild,
I’ve re opened you original topic and merged into it so all the history is together.
I’ve also notified Roon staff to follow up this request.
Hi @Carl ,
Thanks for the update! Still nothing from the staff…
Hello @Gyorgy_Hild ,
Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, making you an admin of the language won’t have the intended effect on your end, you will not be able to manually approve/change translations without having other users vote on it.
Adding more features to our translation system is something that we are interested in and we have an internal discussion regarding this, but I am unable to specify when (or if) the current system will be able to have these capabilities added.
At the moment, the best way to introduce new strings into the Roon app is to have another user vote for them.
Hi @noris ,
Ah, I see now! Thanks for the clarification. The problem is that I don’t see any other Hungarian translater, so I am the only one… And I’ve spent lots of hours on translating and correcting - without visible result… For now I’ve done 17%! OK, I’ll try to find other fellows to join the translation!
Best regards,
