You should be able to add new music to watched folders while Roon is running. We made mistakes in re-arranging the storage/directory watching code in 1.3, I’m working on fixing them now. We’ll get a fix out as soon as we can, but in the mean time you can work around our bug by adding files to another directory or by re-analyzing as Brian suggested above.
