I am trying to download the ROCK install image on my MacBook. But it downloads to a .img file and not a .gz file. How can this problem be resolved? Thanks. RJ
Why does my download have this file name: roonbox-linuxx64-nuc3-usb-factoryreset-100000227.img ? It doesn’t have a .gz extension. Thanks.
Look in the trash… but this is NOT a problem, you want the .img file. MacOS will automagically expand .gz when “Open safe files after downloading” is checked in Safari Prefs - General.
