Description of Issue
After a power failure my external hard drive 2 TB is no longer recognized via ROCK.
Before the failure everything was wonderful. Hard Drive is ok - it is still powered and no data lost.
What’s wrong?

Is the drive probably NTFS formatted?
NTFS? see above for why
you will want to unplug it from ROCK, plug it back into Windows, chkdsk /f it, and then eject properly and plug it back into ROCK.
