Roon 1.8 looses audio connections

According to the latest info on here, they say they expect to implement a fix for this problem next week:
It’s a known bug in 1.8 that a lot of users are experiencing (including me)

Upraded to 1.8 now all my DACs are missing and cannot play any music

I have the exact same issue. Local DACs disappear and Roon Server has to be restarted. The DACs still appear under Settings>Audio though.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know that we have a ticket in for this. I can’t provide any specific timelines, but we hope that this will be resolved soon! In the meantime, if you reboot your Core machine your zones should become available again for some time.
