Thanks. To be fair this has been a problem for over 3 months now. It’s a setting within General Settings, of which there aren’t that many, so it’s not obscure. It’s frustrating they don’t prioritise such a situation.
Well, it’s still not fixed after the latest release. Can’t say I’m surprised, but still disappointed. Very poor show by Roon tech support this. It has been broken for over 3 months.
[Ticket in] means that Roon is investigating, and any development added to the backlog. Please be patient, and avoid continued axe-grinding.
Since the issue is identified elsewhere, I am closing the thread.
