Description of Issue

Hello. I have had a serious problem with ROON for several weeks now. So much so that I’m thinking of moving on to something else, even if it’s not as good.
At some point, for some reason, when I click on an artist to see his discography the software crashes all of a sudden.
If I try to restart it, the software opens briefly and crashes immediately. The only solution is to uninstall it and reinstall it, then load the last backup and hope it’s not corrupted. I don’t intend to do this every week as it’s already been 3 times in a month and never with the same artist.

Hi @Bastien_GDR,

I’m sorry for the slow response and I certainly understand your frustration. This is something we’ll need your help pinning down. Can you please note the date, time, and artist/track involved the next time this happens and reply here? We can use that information to look at logging and perhaps offer long-term solutions that don’t involve reinstalls.
