I think it is ridiculous that an update will not work and is arranged so that it leads to total non functionality. And that the company doesn’t have more detail to trouble shoot why. I appreciate the forum usually helps out but this idea of completely outsourcing support is not functional. pity as the interface is otherwise very good (when it works).
