Description of Issue

As of yesterday roon no longer finds my library on my QNAP 219 NAS and doesn’t see any audio equipment. Installed everything from scratch and
reinstalled my library to no effect

To be clear, does the problem only affect Roon ARC, or is your library missing when you use Roon Remote, too?

It would be helpful if you provided some more information about your network, e.g., how each device is connected, and share some screenshots from Settings > Storage and Settings > Audio. Thanks.

Roon remote and ARC stopped working. Kept trying and for some reason, not sure which, my audio players were found again. Library still invisible, couldn’t connect. Changed network share path NAS from name to ip adres et voila.
It’s all working again but it’s not the first time that out of the blue I ran into issues and Roon stopped working.
