Description of Issue
When I open the Roon App it starts loading and tells me the App can’t Connect to the Database.
Thanks so much for getting in touch and letting us know of the error you’re running into.
Does this error show up when you’re accessing Roon from your Macbook Pro, or a different remote device? Could you please send us a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
I’m following up, albeit three months later, to see if we can still help. Would you please let us know?
