Roon app can't play albums on SSD via LAN connection (ref#UC7F6Q)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Tell us what's going on

· I use Matrix Audio TT-1 digital transport as a Roon endpoint. The streamer has an internal SSD, which I rip CD’s onto. When I use LAN connection Roon app can see the ssd but not able to play albums just when I use wifi connection. The latest Roon server downloaded onto MacBook Air M3, The latest OS runs.

Tell us about your home network

· Sagemcom Fast 5670v2 internet through optical fiber cable 1 GBps, LAN Cable to Asus RT-AX5400 as an access point (DHCP is disabled ,NAT/firewall is disabled,works only as a wireless access point, LAN cable to streamer.

That sounds like a very specific issue, and it is interesting that playback works over WiFi but not over Ethernet.

Can you please let us know the exact local time, date, and track next time it happens? We’ll enable diagnostics for your account.

Just checking in on this. Are you able to note the exact local time, date, and track the next time playback fails over Ethernet, as we asked?
