I have a I phone 14 pro max that is updated to the latest iOS 18. Since updating in October, (don't know whether this is the reason or not) have not been able to use the three dot information button that sits to the right of individual song tracks. When I push the dots,the Roon app crashes and returns to the phone home page. I have an iPad 7the generation iOS 17.60. The three dots work fine on this device. The dots work fine on my wife's iPhone 14 iOS 18.0.1.

Network run on BT home hub BT Hub 6-6RP5 with three hub extension discs. One of the discs runs Innuos used as Roon core. Mk3 Mini.

I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.
However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.
First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
Every time I tap the three dot info link on the iOS app, it crashes. It last crashed on my iPhone 16 Pro Max running 18.1 is at 10:30PM EDT on Oct 28 2024.
