Same issue here, support has never had an answer. I don’t think they have a clue as to what it could be.
As stated above, I have had this exact issue on my Nucleus+ core, either using Windows app or iOS.

When this issue occurs, are you seeing the freeze occur on any tab in particular or after any specific action? Can you please provide some more details on what happens - does music continue to play?
