Roon app freezes on Pixel 9 Pro when trying to connect to server (ref#G77SEF)

· I'm having trouble with Roon ARC

My new pixel 9 pro phone cannot find the server. I downloaded the app, after download it asks to allow connection, then it freezes, nothing happens. I have deleted and retried a few times and have the same issue each time.

Sooloos system, Qnap Qfinder pro TS-451+, TP link router model: Archer AX 11000(us) ver 1.6

Thanks for writing in, and welcome to the Roon community! We’re excited to have you here, but also apologize in that it’s an issue that has prompted your intial post.

If you head into your normal Roon settings > Roon Arc > do you see any errors? Or are you properly connected here?

If you try using the .APK Arc download, do you run into the same issue? You can download it here:

When I look at Roon settings/ Roon Arc on my iPad, it says “Ready”.

Is there something else I need to check?

The Arc APK worked, I downloaded it and it linked right up!
