Was happily playing on my blue sound node 2 and I believe I minimized my iPad Roon app and the music stopped. Went back into app to play music and it just hung. Tried lots of different things to get it to play but it would just hang when I pressed play on any source. Confirmed I could play via BlueOS app and tidal connect. Eventually rebooted the blue node and now it works. Temporary glitch or is there something I need to do with blue node so this doesn’t happen again?
Do you by any chance recall the approximate time + date + track playing when the issue occurred? This will allow us to enable diagnostics and look for the specific event in the logging. Let us know when possible, thanks!

Thanks for getting us that timestamp. To proceed with troubleshooting we need to take a look at your iPad’s Roon logs. Can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
Thanks for providing the timestamp! We reviewed your logs from that time and noticed a network interruption that briefly disconnected RAATServer, which may have caused playback to stop. However, we didn’t see any specific errors related to your Bluesound device, so there’s nothing that immediately needs adjusting on that end.
