Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Are you having trouble connecting to your Nucleus with ARC or the Roon remote app? If ARC is the problem then you should start with making sure that you’ve set up Port Forwarding. If the problem is with the remote app then start by making sure that your remote device is on the same subnet as your server.
