MacBook Pro with Ventura OS.
My iPhone and iPad are on the same WiFi network as my MacBook Pro.
Roon app on iPhone and iPad keeps disconnecting from my Roon core, especially when Mac goes into standby. The firewall on the Mac is inactive.
What must I do to rectify this? Thanks.

I received your email and found your thread here too. Can you clarify what was said in the first sentence? Is your core using Wi-Fi? A Roon core should always be hard-wired. Please see the article below for more information.
What @Suedkiez said is relevant too. Your core cannot go to standby and Roon still function. Roon can wake up your endpoints like DACs and speakers, but not your computer. I use Amphetamine myself and it’s a great solution for Mac. You can also go to your energy-saver settings in system settings and ensure the Mac isn’t going to sleep.
If you implement these changes and still have problems let us know. If you get everything working perfectly, let us know about that too! It will be music to our ears.
