Describe the issue

Hello support team,
I've been noticing the following with my Roon app for some time now:
- Login to Roon app and Tidal works
- Permanent activity indicator (circle) in the top line of the app
- Click on the activity display, the following window appears:
"Add music to music library: out of 20 songs, 20 added, 0 identified"
and
"Metadata Optimizer: Paused
Roon is having trouble verifying your connection to our server, so metadata improvement has paused. Check your internet connection and make sure you are using the latest version of Roon."

- The internet connection and the login to the Roon account work perfectly
- I can also play music
- The connection between Roon and the music data works perfectly
-Login to Tidal service works fine
- Roon Optimized Core Kit Version 1.0 (build 259) production Serial: B8AEED79E992

What can I do to solve the problem?

Thank you very much for your effort
Alfred Mevenkamp

I assume that you have tried re-booting your ROCK system and your router?

Hi Geoff, I’ll restart the ROCK system and report back.

Some things are easier to solve than you think. I restarted the ROCK system and the problems are solved. Anyway, thank you very much for your effort, I think Roon is great :-).

Many Thanks
Alfred
